In 2024, our company undertook the [Lanhualiu Park Steel Structure Factory Project]. The total area is about 5,000 square meters. The customer has very strict requirements on the construction period and cost control, but our company's technical team optimized the node design through BIM modeling, reduced material waste, and adopted modular construction to compress the original 90-day construction period to 80 days.
At the beginning of the project, the customer had doubts about the selection of raw materials for steel structures. We took the initiative to provide a comparative analysis of three options, including performance, environmental protection indicators and costs, and arranged for customers to visit similar projects that have been completed. In the end, the customer chose the most cost-effective option, which not only met the requirements of the specifications, but also reduced the budget.
During the construction process, we held progress meetings with customers every week to adjust the schedule affected by the weather in a timely manner. The final project was delivered 10 days ahead of schedule, and the customer passed the acceptance at one time. This cooperation impressed the customer with our professionalism and service efficiency, and laid the foundation for the cooperation of subsequent warehousing projects.
